Eligibility Requirements

Work in a non-climate-controlled environment, Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching, Use of hands for handling, grasping, and manipulating materials and tools, Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds, Work performed in a manufacturing environment, Exposure to noise, machinery, and varying temperatures

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

2 years’ experience as a process technician or mold setter, High school diploma or equivalent, communication skills (verbal and written), Able to work independently and as a member of a team, Able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment, Capacity to work overtime as needed

What You'll Do.

and troubleshooting of the structural foam process

Setting structural foam molding machines and changeovers

Collecting and analyzing production and quality data

Perform tooling changes as per schedule

Ensure first piece inspection is complete

Monitor running machines

Make process adjustments as required

and material handling system

help develop the “5S” program

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Work closely with shift leadership and maintenance; Assist Process Engineer
