Your role at Kanadevia Inova directly contributes to turning something once considered useless - waste - into something invaluable: energy, heat, hydrogen, fertilizer, and beyond. * Develop structural systems within budget and project timelines. * Prepare technical specifications for structural steel and support supplier selection with the commercial team. * Manage project schedules and ensure timely completion of engineering documentation. * Supervise suppliers during project execution, including inspections, documentation review, quality control, and non-conformity resolution. * Coordinate interfaces with technical project management, EOR/AOR, third parties, and other project lots. * Collaborate with plant design, installation, piping, electrical, and control teams to ensure integrated project execution. * Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, quality, and HSE requirements throughout the project lifecycle. * Support assembly activities, supplier audits, claims management, and continuous improvement through project feedback and product management responsibilities. ## Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years of experience or Master’s degree with minimum 3 years of experience in Structural Engineering. * Minimum 3 years of professional experience in structural engineering and project execution. * Strong knowledge of structural engineering software such as Dlubal RSTAB/RFEM, CSI SAP2000, Bentley STAADPro, or similar FEM 3D tools. * Fluent English language skills (written and spoken) are mandatory; French and additional languages are considered an advantage. * Profici
