What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5–6+ years of structural engineering experience, Proven ability to lead or manage projects, Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering (Civil accepted with structural focus), Proficiency in structural design software, AutoCAD, and Revit, communication and client-facing skills, Must be a U. S. citizen
Nice to Have
PE license preferred (or actively pursuing), Experience in commercial, multifamily, or large-scale residential projects preferred, Wood design experience is a plus, Familiarity with the Texas market is a plus
