What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Professional Engineer License, bachelor of science in civil engineering (structural emphasis), master of science in structural engineering from an ABET accredited institution, analysis and design of structures, structural engineering software, building codes, seismic requirements, Microsoft Office software: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, written and verbal communication, generating reports, conducting group presentations
Nice to Have
Structural Engineering License, AutoCAD, REVIT, private sector industrial repair/remediation, greenfield projects
What You'll Do.
Prepare design and construction documents
Oversee work of engineers and designers
Analyze and design concrete
Produce structural calculations
Analyze existing structures
Develop design sketches into working details
Ensure timely deliverables
Assist with training and mentoring
Recommend and institute corrective design changes
