Position Overview: Our client is a national residential design and engineering company supporting home builders and house‑plan platforms across the United States. We’re seeking a disciplined, motivated Structural Engineer (Entry–Mid Level) to join our growing engineering team. You’ll work on residential structural design projects at a national scale, collaborating closely with engineers, coordinators, and leadership. This role is ideal for someone who values ownership, clarity, and continuous improvement—and who thrives in a remote environment. What You’ll Do \- Produce residential structural designs and calculations in accordance with applicable building codes \- Support single‑family and multi‑family projects nationwide \- Collaborate with project coordinators to meet schedules and priorities \- Participate in daily team check‑ins and engineering discussions \- Contribute ideas to improve processes, standards, and efficiency \- Communicate clearly with internal teams to support high‑quality client deliverables ## Requirements What We’re Looking For \- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering \- EIT certification (or actively pursuing) \- 0–5 years of experience in residential structural engineering \- Strong organi
