Full Job Description
## What You’ll Do Perform structural analysis and design for building systems and related infrastructure projects Prepare structural calculations, technical reports, construction drawings, and specifications Assist with the development of design concepts and engineering solutions for new and existing structures Coordinate with architects, engineers, clients, and other project stakeholders throughout all project phases Support project managers in maintaining project schedules, budgets, and deliverable quality Conduct site visits, field investigations, and construction observation as needed Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, industry standards, and client requirements Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful projects and high-quality client service Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and professional development opportunities ## What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited college or university Experience in structural engineering or related building design required Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification required; candidates should be actively pursuing Professional Engineer (PE) licensure or have successfully passed the PE exam. Proficiency with structural analysis and design software Proficiency in structural drafting software; experience with CAD and Revit is strongly preferred Working knowledge of applicable building codes and structural design standards Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple assignments and work effectively in a collaborative team environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities. ## Additional Information Why Choose ms consultants?
