What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering, Professional Engineer (PE) license, Minimum of 4 years of experience in structural engineering design, Proficiency in structural analysis and design software such as ETABS, RAM Structural System, RISA-3D, etc., Knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., IBC, ASCE, ACI, AISC), Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and meet tight deadlines, Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD), Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
Nice to Have
Master's degree, project management experience
What You'll Do.
Overseeing the planning
and execution of structural engineering projects from concept to completion
Manage all aspects of structural engineering projects
and resource allocation
Provide oversight to project engineers and BIM team members
Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations
Conduct feasibility studies
and structural assessments
Prepare and review engineering drawings
Monitor project progress
identify potential risks and challenges
and implement appropriate mitigation strategies
Ensure compliance with health
and environmental regulations
