This is not a remote position, and the expectation is that you will be in the Eugene office most of the time to work in-person with other team members and clients.
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3-8 years of structural engineering experience. Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working on a computer, reviewing plans, or conducting site visits. Capacity to move around project sites, climb ladders, and navigate uneven terrain. Occasionally lifting up to 15 pounds of equipment or materials. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision on basic engineering tasks.
Nice to Have
PE and MS or MEng degree.
