Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering, EIT certification, 3-5 years of related industry experience, Knowledge of ASCE, IBC codes, Knowledge of seismic conditions, Experience in Microsoft excel, Experience with CAD programs
Nice to Have
Plans or desire to obtain a PE license, Knowledge of AISC/CSA and CMAA, Experience with electric overhead traveling (EOT) cranes
What You'll Do.
Perform engineering calculations
Compute stresses developed in crane runway structure
Evaluate static/dynamic strength
Evaluate fatigue life of structural steel runway structures
Use RISA 3D to perform structural calculations
Support customers and team members
Troubleshoot issues onsite
Support sales and offer support
Provide guidance on design options
Participate in continuous improvement efforts
