You will: * Retrieve and review all customer specification documents, notes, sales quotes, vendor quotes, drawings, and diagrams to build products that exceed customer expectations * Draft 3D models and detailed drawings, ensuring accuracy and completeness * Analyze data to determine necessary changes or modifications to builds * Meet with customers to accurately interpret and implement build specifications * Coordinate and communicate with engineering, production, development, and management teams to ensure flawless execution of builds * Revise drawings and builds based on change orders and customer requests * Analyze specifications and performance requirements to confirm builds meet all criteria * Collaborate with manufacturing staff to interpret builds, address questions, and make necessary adjustments **YOU HAVE:** * Academic background in structural engineering, architecture, or a related field, preferred * Previous experience in structural build, 3D modeling, and interpreting technical drawings, preferred * Proven skills in CAD software, data analysis, and project management, preferred * Abilities to meet the physical and environmental demands of working in a build office and occasionally visiting manufacturing sites **WE HAVE:** * A dynamic global reach with diverse operations around the world that will stretch your abilities, provide plentiful career opportunities, and allow you to make an impact every day * nVent is a leading global provider of electrical connection and protection solutions.
