About The Role Structural Concrete Superintendent (Field Superintendent for concrete operations) oversees all concrete-related activities Valar construction projects. This includes structural concrete, flatwork, paving, foundations, and related civil work. Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role focuses on day-to-day field operations, crew management, concrete placement and finishing, coordination with other trades, and compliance with plans, specifications, and regulations. Superintendents often report to a Project Manager or higher management and serve as the primary on-site representative for concrete operations. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise daily concrete construction activities, including concrete crews, equipment operators, and subcontractors. Plan and coordinate concrete operations including formwork, reinforcement, concrete placement, finishing, curing, and related construction activities. Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project plans, specifications, quality standards, and company procedures. Monitor project schedules, manpower, equipment, and material needs to maintain productivity and support project milestones.
