What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High school diploma or GED, 5+ years of experience in concrete construction, Experience leading crews or supervising field operations, Understanding of concrete placement, finishing, formwork, reinforcement, and curing practices, Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project schedules, Basic computer proficiency, Valid driver's license
Nice to Have
Experience on commercial, industrial, manufacturing, infrastructure, or heavy civil construction projects, OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification, ACI certification, CPR/First Aid certification, Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field, Experience managing subcontractors, Experience coordinating concrete testing and inspections, Experience maintaining quality control processes, Knowledge of project scheduling, Knowledge of production tracking, Knowledge of cost management, Willingness to travel or support projects at multiple job sites
