Structural Analysis Engineering Manager **Company:** The Boeing Company Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Mobility, Surveillance & Bombers (MS&B) is looking for a **Structural Analysis Engineering Manager** **(Level K)** for the Bombers programs located in **Oklahoma City, OK**. As a Structures Analysis Engineering Manager you will have the responsibility for providing leadership and integration within structures analysis engineering team, and supporting stakeholders including but not limited to Structures, Airplane Systems, and Air Vehicle Engineering. The leader will partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive successful execution on the structures analysis statement of work. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a highly skilled analysis team that spans across multiple Air Vehicle disciplines. **Position Responsibilities:** · Manages employees performing engineering and technical activities in the area of Mechanical & Structural Engineering. · Develop and execute integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals, objectives in accordance with MS&B and BDS business goals and objectives. · Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals. · Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements. · Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports. · Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
