Structural Analysis Engineer (Experienced or Senior) (Structural Analysis) **Company:** The Boeing Company The **Boeing Commercial Airplanes** (BCA) is seeking a **Structural Analysis Engineer (Experienced or Senior)** to support our Airframe Customer Support Engineering, located in **Seal Beach, CA**. This is a great opportunity to provide Airframe Customer Support to the McDonnell Douglas (MDC) Fleet. The aging MDC airplanes provide development challenges in static, damage tolerance and crack growth analysis as well as direct customer coordination. The candidate will work tasks from the team's extensive workload of daily repair dispositions, safety evaluations, Structural Repair Manual (SRM) additions and Damage Tolerance Analysis (DTA) work. This is a unique experience to apply your years of MDC experience to keep the airplanes flying or learn from very senior engineer engineers that are willing to teach and share their decades of knowledge before their retirement. As a Structural Analysis Engineer, you will leverage the extensive resources and deep technical knowledge of the Boeing enterprise while enjoying the agility and fast-paced environment of a smaller team. This role offers unique opportunities to collaborate globally, develop innovative solutions to complex structural challenges, and contribute to rapid aircraft repair processes—enabling the return of airplanes to service in as little as four hours. Ideal candidates will be driven, resourceful, and passionate about advancing fleet reliability and safety through cutting-edge structural analysis and repair methodologies. Boeing Customer Support operates to serve our global customers on a 24/7/365 basis. While this position’s initial work assignment will be on 1st Shift, Boeing reserves the right to later change the work assignment to a nonstandard shift (e.g. afternoon, night time, weekends) to meet its business needs.
