Structural Analysis Engineer, Associate, Mid-Level, or Senior **Company:** The Boeing Company Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS), Space, Intelligence and Weapons Systems (SI&WS), **Space Mission Systems (SMS)** Organization seeks a **Structural Analysis Engineer**(Associate (P2), Mid-Level (P3) or Senior (P4)) to join our team in **El Segundo, California**. Space Mission Systems provides Space Communications Programs and Government Satellite Systems customers with an integrated set of capabilities and the most advanced technological systems in the world. The El Segundo team aspires to be its customers' preferred partner based on insight, innovation, performance, and value by designing and building the future of space. You will support satellite systems hardware with your teammates who are high-performing professionals in Mechanical & Structural Engineering. You will own the mechanical integrity of space flight and ground support hardware and be immersed in both nonrecurring and recurring engineering development work on existing and future space hardware including proposal, engineering development, qualification, build, and test support. **Position Responsibilities:** * Implement the engineering statement of work for current and future satellite systems contracts in structural analysis with a focus on first-time quality, on-time engineering, cost, and schedule. * Lead development, integration, qualification, and documentation of structural requirements to establish the system design. * Coordinate with other engineering groups to establish product environment. * Guide product design and verify structural integrity by using and developing analytical methods, finite element models and simulations, and other analysis tools throughout the product lifecycle to develop the structural environment, characteristics, and performance. * Lead development of test plans and configurations, support test execution, and analyze and report test results to validate and verify that
