Must Have
Certified personal Trainer, CPR and AED Certified, Ability to perform an aerobic activity for the duration of a class and be able to bend, stand, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds
Nice to Have
At least 1 year of personal training experience, Bachelors degree in Kinesiology, Sports Medicine or other related field, Assisted Stretching Certification (AIS, FST, or similar)
What You'll Do.
Develop client programs
Lead assisted stretch sessions
Lead recovery sessions
Engage in required training
Conduct stretch and recovery demos
Provide fitness floor assistance
Promote and sell stretch programs
Complete administrative requirements
Remain current on certifications
Ensure members feel competent
Document client programming
