What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School Diploma or GED, 1-2 years’ experience delivering Assisted Stretch sessions, CPR and First Aid Certified, Knowledge of recovery techniques and therapies, Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, nutrition and psychology, communication and organizational skills, Certified Pilates Trainer, CPR and AED Certified
Nice to Have
College degree in Exercise Science or related field, External Stretching Certification
What You'll Do.
Perform one-on-one stretch sessions
Reduce muscle tension
Improve overall range of motion
Conduct thorough initial assessments
Determine flexibility
Create personalized stretching programs
Lead a team of stretch specialists
Provide guidance and training
Deliver effective stretching sessions
Educate the entire Life Time team
Support the overall client experience
and engages in all required training's
