What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School Diploma or GED, 1-2 years’ experience delivering Assisted Stretch sessions, CPR and First Aid Certified, Knowledge of recovery techniques and therapies, Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, nutrition and psychology, Certified Pilates Trainer, CPR and AED Certified
Nice to Have
College degree in Exercise Science or related field, External Stretching Certification
What You'll Do.
Perform one-on-one stretch sessions
Reduce muscle tension
Improve range of motion
Conduct initial assessments
Determine flexibility needs
Determine mobility needs
Determine stretching needs
Create personalized stretching programs
Lead team of stretch specialists
Provide guidance to specialists
Provide training to specialists
Deliver effective stretching sessions
Educate Life Time team
Support client experience
Engage in required training
Maintain recovery space
