What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field, At least one year of prior experience working with team sports in a collegiate or professional setting, Strength and Conditioning Coach Certified (SCCC), Certified Strength Conditioning Specialists (CSCS), Valid driver's license

Oversee Strength & Conditioning Programs for assigned teams
stay up to date on cutting edge of industry
evaluate athlete’s strengths and weaknesses
develop plans for athlete success
evaluate student athlete performance
establish good record-keeping
promote Mercer Strength & Conditioning Mission
assist in department improvement
follow Southern Conference rules
follow Mercer University rules
