Learn and apply Sony’s business performance help prepare dashboards linking marketing activities to ROI
efficiency and sales impact
Support implementation of new marketing platforms – testing
user feedback collection and training material preparation
Help identify workflow bottlenecks
document processes and suggest simplification or automation opportunities
Email set-up in MSD system according to the brief from business stakeholders
Create/Coordinate language variations for key European markets
Provide email performance results
Participate to the eCRM strategy discussions and programs
