Within the Services organization, this role supports the Advanced Analytics (AA) organization. The Advanced Analytics area leverages cutting-edge AI and data science techniques to address complex business challenges, focusing on areas such as marketing, credit risk and business experimentation, providing innovative solutions that drive decision-making & operational excellence. We are looking for a Strategy & Operations - Senior Specialist to drive product performance and operational excellence across a portfolio of data- and analytics-led products. In this role, you will establish clear performance frameworks, track and analyze key metrics, and turn insights into actions that improve growth, efficiency, and scalability.
