About the role We're looking for a Strategy & Operations Senior Associate to join the Rider Domain team in Romania. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role - you'll work closely with the Senior Operations Manager to manage our category portfolio, increase category performance, and expand Bolt's footprint through launching new categories across Romania. You'll play a key role in building and managing strategic partnerships with venues, airports, banks, and other key partners to unlock new growth opportunities and strengthen Bolt's position in the market. Main tasks and responsibilities: Growing category performance - optimising category portfolio performance, identifying growth levers, and leading category expansion by launching new categories in existing cities and entering new ones. Building and manage strategic partnerships - identifying, negotiating, and develop ingcommercial relationships with venues, airports, banks, and other external partners to unlock new growth channels and drive incremental demand. Leading cross-functional projects end-to-end - taking full ownership of initiatives, working together with Legal, Marketing, Public Policy, and PR from problem diagnosis through to execution and outcome tracking.
