What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of experience in strategy, go-to-market roles, management consulting, or a similar analytical and execution-focused role, Demonstrated success delivering complex and rigorous analysis that drives meaningful business impact - such as market entry assessments, commercial/value case development, or go-to-market initiatives
Nice to Have
experience within energy or technology (SaaS) sectors, experience in tech or SaaS businesses, exposure to CRM and/or energy technology platforms
What You'll Do.

partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams across product
Shape strategy and operating plans by owning analytical workstreams
building financial models (e.g. investment cases
and translating insights into prioritised recommendations
and customer insights to shape Kraken Distribution’s go-to-market strategy and execution
Create executive-ready materials that strengthen Kraken Distribution’s commercial execution and cross-functional alignment
Support operational programmes
including internal audits and compliance activities
to help ensure Kraken Distribution meets its contractual obligations and maintains delivery confidence
How You'll Work.
