What They're Looking For.

Must Have

3+ years of strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, or equivalent experience, BAS degree, Intellectual and analytical curiosity, experience with and comfort analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to derive specific, focused insights, Project management & execution skills, including attention to detail, commitment to consistently meeting timelines, operating from a sense of urgency, and an ability to prioritize across multiple projects and initiatives, Scrappiness, No ego teammate

interest in organizational behavior, positive psychology, coaching, or behavioral sciences
