What You'll Be Doing - Tackle the company's toughest problems in various different areas (Ops, GTM, Partnerships, etc.). - Develop and implement innovative solutions to increase the quality of Venn products and deliver positive business outcomes. - Work directly with the founders in setting and ensuring operational KPIs are met. - Building and optimising scalable processes to continue Venn hyper-growth. - Analyze data and provide meaningful insights to internal teams (e.g., Product) working to improve customer experience. What You’ll Need - 3+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment in any of the following areas: high growth start-up / management consulting / investment banking. - Analytical in nature and a hyper-logical thinker. - A solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end to end. - A passion for data and experience with tools such as SQL, Python, and Excel to solve problems or improve processes. - Natural curiosity, you don’t accept the status quo and can break complex problems into smaller ones. - Ability to drive projects and move them from 0 to 1 while collaborating with multiple teams.
