We are seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager with a consulting background to lead cross-departmental initiatives, partnering with Product, Go-To-Market (GTM), Support, and other teams to drive strategic and operational excellence. This role demands exceptional project management skills, strategic vision, and the ability to align cross-functional efforts with organizational goals in a fast-paced environment. RESPONSIBILITIES - Oversee and drive high-impact, cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with company strategy and timely execution. - Collaborate with Product, GTM, and Support teams to identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement scalable solutions. - Develop and monitor KPIs to evaluate the success of strategi
