Lead the OKR process: planning, alignment, tracking, and review. Coordinate budget planning & tracking across functions Coordinate efficient back office operations: HR, legal, finance, procurement, risk management. Manage stakeholder relations and ensure effective and clear strategic communication across the organization. Prepare materials, agendas, and follow-up for leadership meetings, business reviews, offsites, and other key workshops/meetings to ensure efficiency. ## Your skills & experiences 3+ years of experience in Chief of Staff, Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, consulting, project management or a similar cross-functional role.
