We are seeking a Strategy & Operations Lead to serve as a direct extension of the CEO's office. This individual will be responsible for driving the execution of the company's highest-priority strategic initiatives, maintaining the operating rhythm of the business, and providing data-driven insights to support executive decision-making. The role requires a unique combination of strategic thinking, operational discipline, and hands-on analytical capability.
