ABOUT THE ROLE: This is an early-career role for builders who thrives in turning ambiguity into momentum. You'll wear many hats across the People team, but the core job is simple: jump in, chart the path, and drive projects based on business priority and impact. You'll make an outsized impact on Notion's People Experience by supporting the People Leadership team on high impact initiatives such as Employer Brand, Internal Mobility, and Global Onboarding. This role is designed for a strong operator and communicator who brings cross-functional partners together thoughtfully, drives clarity, and executes at pace.
