Must Have

6+ years of experience at an agency working within the social, creative, business development, and/or strategy spaces, Extensive experience in all areas of marketing, specifically social, content, and influencer marketing, Proven track record in developing and presenting executive-level projects and pitches to C-suite leadership, A proven track record of developing successful social-first strategies and campaigns for a wide range of clients and handling large budget opportunities for Fortune 500 companies, Entrepreneurial spirit, A visionary mindset with the ability to turn thought-starters into fully integrated strategies, pitch decks and campaigns, project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, Experience working directly with brands and at agencies
