What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5-7 years of experience in leading management consulting firms – preferably focus or interest in financial services (ideally insurance), Critical thinking and analytical/quantitative approach to problem solving, Interpersonal skills to collaborate with other team members (also cross-division) and enthusiasm in creating value for clients, Collaborative team play ability, positive attitude, high ethical standards and experience in international projects, Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English, as well as standing and leadership skills
Nice to Have
Master or MBA obtained from a world-class institution is a plus
What You'll Do.
Develop business plans and value creation initiatives for insurance companies/brokers/fintech
Conduct Commercial/Operational Due Diligence for M&A transactions for companies or investors
and distribution models of leading international insurance players
Design commercial excellence programs for traditional and bancassurance distribution networks
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with other team members (also cross-division); Work alongside experienced industry professionals and leaders; Work in multidisciplinary teams
Communication Scope
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English
Process & Methodology
End-to-end project responsibility in the insurance sector
