Experience in business or strategy projects independently in consulting firms, strategy planning, or tech/platform company strategy teams., Experience verifying strategies with numbers and modeling, and tracking results., Ability to support leader's decision-making while logically challenging and proposing alternatives., Interest in acting as a bridge connecting the central strategy organization and domain field., Ability to narrow down options, set hypotheses, and derive realistic action items even in incomplete internal/external environments.
Nice to Have
Experience in full-cycle strategy projects from planning to execution and adjustment., Experience coordinating inter-departmental alignment for execution., Experience in enterprise strategy or domain strategy projects in the financial sector or tech/platform companies., Experience directly managing OKR design and strategy project tracking., Experience directly preparing strategy documents to support CEO/executive decision-making., Experience formulating hypotheses in incomplete information and leading to actual execution., Experience in Head of Staff or Strategy Partner roles within product organizations.
What You'll Do.
Supporting enterprise and domain OKR establishment and tracking
analyzing causes behind metrics
and providing strategic input.
Tracking the execution status of enterprise strategy projects and challenging the direction based on OKRs/metrics.
Checking and coordinating alignment to prevent conflicts between enterprise and domain strategies.
and regulatory environment changes to derive insights for strategic direction and share them with the organization.
Performing necessary analysis
and simulation to support leader's strategic decision-making and structuring options and arguments.
Defining strategy projects and setting priorities with domain leaders as mini CSOs for specific domains as needed.
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Assisting domain leaders' decision-making by deeply engaging in domains like lending, deposits, cards, and asset management.; Supporting the decisions of top decision-makers through Corp. Strategy roles.; Contributing as a strategic partner to domain leaders by being dispatched to specific domains as needed.; Connecting contexts between the central strategy organization and the domain field.; Coordinating and aligning across departments for execution.
