Must Have
4-8 years in strategy, product, innovation or digital roles, Experience contributing to projects or workstreams in fast-paced or ambiguous environments, Background in consulting, product, design studio, venture or similar, Exposure to early-stage problem definition and opportunity shaping, strategic thinking and problem structuring ability, Able to work through ambiguity and move thinking forward, Clear communicator, able to structure and express ideas effectively, Comfortable engaging with clients and contributing to workshops, Collaborative, able to work across strategy, design and tech, Commercially aware and interested in how ideas translate into outcomes, High standards for quality, clarity and pace, Curious and proactive in using AI to enhance thinking and delivery
