These are roles for people from analytical or strategic backgrounds who thrive on ownership. We’re looking for people who are unusually good at getting to the bottom of a problem and making something happen. Each hire will take full ownership of a specific function within Operations: understanding how it works today, identifying what needs to change, and leading the initiatives that fix it.
