Hands-on experience with workforce planning platforms such as Visier, including optimization and enhancement work. Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights through data visualization and storytelling skills. Experience enabling and training business users to adopt analytical tools and workforce planning practices. Familiarity with AI-enabled analytics tools and emerging workforce planning technologies. stakeholder management and communication skills across global and cross-functional teams. Ability to work collaboratively across organizational boundaries with a proactive and curious mindset. analytical thinking with a focus on process improvement and innovation. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Fluent English (written and spoken) required.

Partner with data science and AI teams to identify opportunities for automation and advanced analytics in workforce planning processes.
Support continuous improvement of tools, models, and frameworks used in workforce analytics.
Provide storytelling-driven analysis and visualization to support decision-making across global stakeholders.
