Together, we chase the miracles of science to improve people's lives. **About the Job** As Strategic Workforce Planning Expert within our People Insights & AI team, you'll play a critical role in shaping how Sanofi plans its workforce future. Reporting to People Insights Partnership Leader, you'll work closely with our Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) team on day-to-day delivery — building scenarios, optimizing Visier Planning, and producing cross-functional insights that drive smarter decisions. This is a specialist role based in Hyderabad, focused on driving workforce insights across 7 Organizational Developments (ODs) while building capability in business users to become self-sufficient. Over time, you'll also have the opportunity to partner with our Data Science & AI team to sharpen and automate workforce analytics. **Main Responsibilities** * Build, validate, and iterate workforce scenarios across 7 Organizational Developments to inform short-term Operational Workforce Planning and Strategic (SWP)Workforce Planning decisions, turning complex cross-Organizational Development data into clear, actionable recommendations for business stakeholders * Drive Visier Planning improvements and optimization — not just operating the platform, but actively enhancing it to deliver better insights and efficiency * Apply SWP methodology consistently across the organization, including scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and workforce cost modeling * Enable ODs and People Business Partners to become self-sufficient in Visier P
