People management experience, Deep understanding of facility management, sourcing, and vendor management operations, Expertise in RFPid processes, contracting, and supplier performance management, Knowledge of market analysis, category management, and supplier relationship strategies, Experience implementing compliance programs and working with legal/risk management functions, analytical and problem-solving capabilities, Excellent communication and presentation skills, Proven stakeholder management, Ability to translate complex supplier proposals into actionable scopes of work, Proactive approach to managing expectations and resolving issues, Critical thinking ability, Entrepreneurial mindset, sense of urgency, Flexibility to reprioritize, Comfort operating in ambiguous environments
What You'll Do.
Lead and develop a team
Establish work priorities
Mentor and guide team members
Serve as subject matter expert
Perform periodic market trend analysis
and operational intelligence
Convert supplier proposals into scopes of work
and communicate sourcing programs
Support Category Management team's programs
Provide management for operations teams' RFPid processes
Support JLL e-commerce procurement initiatives
Partner closely with stakeholders
Manage internal and external customer expectations
Present analysis and recommendations
Identify and lead field resources
Ensure compliance with policies
Collaborate with Corporate Legal and Risk Management
Understand complexities
Participate in Preferred Supplier performance review meetings
Support and assist development of programs
Mentor and educate suppliers
