What You'll Do.
Identify Executive Sponsor for sourcing initiatives
Formulate sourcing strategies
Source suitable suppliers
Negotiate supplier contracts
Guide Project Team through Strategic Sourcing process
Inform Executive Sponsor of progress
Lead kick-off meeting with Project Team
Develop Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
Develop Requests for Quotes (RFQs)
Develop Requests for Information (RFIs)
Facilitate analysis of vendor proposals
Facilitate evaluation of vendor proposals
Facilitate scoring of vendor proposals
Conduct multiple rounds of bids
Coordinate supplier demonstrations
Coordinate supplier reference calls
Coordinate supplier on-site visits
Lead contract negotiations
Prepare documentation for senior managers
Guide units through Third-Party Risk Management Program
Ensure selected vendors are risk-tiered
Ensure selected vendors are vetted
Ensure selected vendors are approved
Research procurement trend data
Analyze procurement trend data
Recommend savings opportunities
Understand risk and regulatory standards
Adhere to risk and regulatory standards
Identify risk-related issues
Escalate risk-related issues to management
Promote an environment that supports belonging
Maintain M&T internal control standards
Implement internal audit points
Implement external audit points
Implement issues raised by regulators
