Full Job Description

## Accountabilities Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to deliver technical presentations, solution demos, and product walkthroughs for enterprise and commercial clients. Design, build, and execute customized proof-of-value (PoV) implementations that demonstrate business impact and product fit. Develop customer-specific dashboards, reports, and workflow solutions to support decision-making and operational visibility. Support and respond to technical components of RFPs, ensuring accurate and compelling solution articulation. Serve as a technical expert on product capabilities, integrations, and AI-driven workflows across the customer lifecycle. Map customer business processes and translate them into scalable technical solutions aligned with business objectives. Collaborate cross-functionally to improve demo environments, solution assets, and technical enablement materials. Act as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them through cloud adoption, workflow transformation, and integration strategies. Requirements: 6+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as solutions engineering, pre-sales, consulting, or implementation. 2+ years of experience working with enterprise or commercial customers in a solution-driven capacity. Strong experience designing and implementing AI-driven workflows, including agentic automation and multi-step orchestration. Hands-on expertise with APIs, web services, and integration platforms such as Zapier, Workato, Unito, or similar tools. Strong understanding of cloud application deployment, digital transformation, and change management processes. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and executive audiences. Experience with business process mapping, solution design, and value-based selling methodologies. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design lightweight technical solutions under time constraints. Willingness to travel up to 50% and work in a hybrid enviro
