Must Have
4-8+ years of experience in strategic account management, enterprise consulting, or customer success leadership, Demonstrated success driving commercial outcomes: renewals, expansion, and revenue growth, Track record of managing senior executive relationships at complex organizations, Experience leading pilot-to-production conversions in enterprise or industrial environments, Ability to orchestrate cross-functional teams toward shared commercial and delivery objectives, commercial instincts and the ability to build and execute account strategies independently

Manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial AI experience is a plus
