What They're Looking For.

Must Have

10+ years of experience in a solution consulting, sales engineering, or pre-sales architecture role at a SaaS company, Demonstrated ability to lead technical conversations covering APIs, integration architecture, authentication protocols, and enterprise security requirements, Experience building financial models, ROI frameworks, and executive level business cases, Comfort operating at multiple levels of a customer organization, from IT architects to C suite stakeholders, adjusting depth and framing accordingly, Familiarity with agentic AI concepts, enterprise copilot platforms, and the evolving landscape of AI powered workflow automation, Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related field

Translate client needs into practical solutions the product can deliver

Engage with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders to uncover business challenges

and design tailored solutions

Act as the technical and strategic liaison

Ensure prospects and customers understand the full impact of Achievers’ platform

Act as the technical and strategic authority throughout the sales cycle

Lead discovery and architecture conversations with enterprise IT

and security stakeholders

Translate customer requirements into a clear solution design

Participate in roadmap and customer strategy sessions

Design and present custom workflow solutions

Articulate Achievers' agentic AI capabilities and how they integrate into a customer's existing or planned AI infrastructure

## Description The Strategic Solutions Consultant is a trusted advisor and subject matter expert who partners with Enterprise Account Executives to accelerate large enterprise-level deals by bridging Achievers’ Employee Experience Platform™.  product and client needs through translating client needs into practical solutions the product can deliver. An energetic, HR-savvy communicator who positions solutions with impact, turning complex ideas into compelling value for stakeholders across the organization. This role combines deep product expertise, consultative selling skills, and strategic thinking to influence decision-making and drive revenue growth.    The Strategic Solutions Consultant will engage with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders at the world’s leading brands to uncover business challenges, quantify value, and design tailored solutions that align with client objectives. Acting as the technical and strategic liaison, the SC ensures prospects and customers understand the full impact of Achievers’ platform on employee engagement, retention, and business performance.  ## How you'll shape Revenue Growth and Market Expansion Work alongside Key Account Directors and Account Executives on the largest, most complex enterprise opportunities in the Achievers portfolio, acting as the technical and strategic authority throughout the sales cycle. Lead discovery and architecture conversations with enterprise IT, HR technology, and security stakeholders, translating customer requirements into a clear solution design that accounts for integrations, data flows, and governance needs. Participate in roadmap and customer strategy sessions, bringing a point of view on how Achievers fits into a customer's broader HR technology ecosystem and long term people strategy. Design and present custom workflow solutions that leverage the Achievers API, MCP server, and third party integrations across platforms Speak fluently about enterprise security requirements including SSO, SC
