Must Have
4-year bachelor's Degree, Exceptional client service skills, Technically savvy, excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills, Ability to execute and prioritize a large number of tasks in a fast-paced environment, sense of urgency, Possess process and change management skills, Ability to work independently, participate in cross-functional teams, Self-starter/critical thinker, Self-accountable, Professional, effective, and clear communication skills (written and oral), conflict resolution skills
Nice to Have
Experience working in healthcare, whether it be medical billing, coding, administration, etc., Experience building and managing relationships, including interacting with all levels of management (both internally and client-facing), Working knowledge of EDI files
What You'll Do.
Act as liaison between Waystar and clients/partners
Handle inbound inquiries by phone and email
Conduct proactive analysis of assigned clients
Provide analytical support through data analysis
Provide support needs for strategic clients
Serve as escalated point of contact
Provide analytical support for multiple projects
Establish project timelines
Coordinate with internal and external resources
Build rapport with strategic clients
Provide industry or company knowledge
Identify opportunities for improvement
Consult on Waystar best practices
Work cross-functionally to achieve solutions
Travel onsite to visit clients
Provide ongoing training on Waystar solutions
Educate on available resources
Act as pro-team member and SME
Lead client conference calls
Meet and exceed Service Level Agreements
prepare and analyze reports
Present to management
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties
