What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of 5 years profound work experience as Sales- and/or Key Account Manager in E-Commerce or Omni-Channel (textile or related fields), Proven experience in leading a small but agile (sales) team, High degree of team spirit, Solution-oriented and precise working method and a analytical skillset, sales and negotiation skills and natural desire for improving solutions across people, processes and systems by applying a strategic mindset, A hands-on mentality in working with frequently changing tools and software to further translate work resources into efficiency, The ability to communicate on all levels to influence and drive interdepartmental collaboration, Very good command of written and spoken German and English, Very good command of MS-Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
What You'll Do.
develop and motivate cross-divisional sales teams
Act as the go-to person for a specific European PurePlayer within PVH Region West and European online environment
Oversee and own the strategic direction of a European Pure Player's to create a holistic brand strategy
and handle operational and strategic cooperation
Responsible for sales and revenue planning
achievement of specified targets and maximizing potentials
Develop and advance a segmented product strategy and a future-oriented product build-up with a view to all digital channels
Drive cross-functional projects in an agile E-Commerce team structure

Build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders; Drive a cross-functional approach with partners, customers, headquarter in Amsterdam, Customer Service, Marketing and external Marketing agency; Drive interdepartmental collaboration
Communication Scope
Very good command of written and spoken German and English; Ability to communicate on all levels
