You’ll play a vital role in defining the operating model, supporting transition planning, and helping deliver it effectively. You will help define and implement the operating model, including governance, structures, delivery capabilities, and ways of working. You’ll translate strategic intent into a clear, actionable delivery plan, operating confidently in a complex, highly regulated environment. **Key Responsibilities** Operating Model Design & Implementation * Design and refine integrated delivery operating model blueprints, key principles, and success factors, ensuring full stakeholder buy-in. * Help define issues and constraints affecting the operating model. * Support development of the full operating model (people, organisation, processes, information, and technology). * Provide governance insight and help guide decision-making throughout programme delivery. Transformation Support * Lead and support transition planning to the new operating model. * Contribute to readiness planning and business change activities.
