General Summary: The Strategic Programs Director serves as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to senior leadership, driving alignment across key initiatives and ensuring operational excellence. This role is responsible for orchestrating strategic planning, managing cross-functional programs, and enabling executive decision-making through effective governance and communication. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Strategic Alignment & Execution Partner with executive leadership to define and communicate strategic priorities, goals, and success metrics.
