What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 8 years of professional experience, significant experience in strategy, transformation, operations, consulting, or enterprise program leadership within the pharmaceutical, API, biotech, chemical, or related industries, Demonstrated experience leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives in complex, highly regulated global organizations, understanding of pharmaceutical and/or API operations, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, procurement, or related business functions, Track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving alignment across matrixed organizations without direct authority, Experience working in fast-paced environments requiring structured problem solving, prioritization, and executive communication
Nice to Have
Prior experience in management consulting with at least two promotions completed, especially ex-MBB and/or internal strategy/transformation organizations is strongly preferred, Experience supporting complex business transformations, carve-outs, separations, integrations, or divestment-related activities is strongly preferred, advanced degree (MBA, MS, PhD, or equivalent) preferred, additional languages are an asset

The Senior Director, Strategic Programs Delivery is a key member of TAPI’s Strategy and Transformation function, operating as an internal consulting partner to senior leadership. The role leads high-priority, cross-functional initiatives, addressing TAPI’s most complex business challenges from problem definition through to execution. Partnering closely with the Executive Leadership Team and functional leaders, the Senior Director brings a structured, hypothesis-driven approach to drive measurable impact and accelerate decision-making. A central focus is supporting TAPI’s next strategic phase, including preparation for a potential divestment and carve-out. This includes strengthening standalone readiness, improving operational and financial performance, and delivering critical transformation programs. The role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, requiring a hands-on leader who can navigate ambiguity, align senior stakeholders, and consistently deliver results in a high-paced, high-stakes environment.
