The Technology, AI, Analytics and Executives In Residence (TAA & EIR) team within AWS Marketing is responsible for powering our vision to become the best B2B marketing organization in the world by using technology to improve customer and marketer experience. We are looking for an experienced Senior Strategic Engagement and Program Manager to partner with the executive leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, change management, strategic initiatives, and external engagements. The role demands strong program, stakeholder management, and communication expertise. Key job responsibilities Engagement Management: Partner with sales, marketing, and customers to identify, prioritize, and enable high-value direct customer engagements, speaking, and other external engagements for the Director. This includes assessing requests against business priorities, understanding customer needs, and ensuring that engagements maximize the value for our customers and businesses. This includes working with account teams on briefing materials, demo coordination, and driving post-engagement follow-up. Organizational Effectiveness: Collaborate with the Leadership Team (LT) on organizational effectiveness including LT meetings, offsites, team meetings, office hours, and business reviews. This includes driving agenda aligned with the key organizational priorities, working across stakeholders for preparation and follow-up. Drive strategic organizational initiatives working with the Director to improve effectiveness. Change management for key initiatives through communication, enablement, and training. Strategic Initiatives: Drive strategic programs spanning multiple organizations or requiring executive sponsorship. Lead business case development and investment prioritization for major initiatives.
