What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7–10+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or related roles delivering technology products in fintech, banking, or other regulated industries., Experience owning product vision and multi-release roadmaps, including prioritization, sequencing, and success metrics., Demonstrated ability to lead discovery (market/customer/competitive research) and translate insights into clear requirements and outcomes., Experience partnering with engineering, UX, and architecture teams in an agile environment to deliver incrementally and manage tradeoffs., cross-functional collaboration skills with sales, marketing, support, operations, legal, and risk/compliance partners., Business acumen, including experience building business cases and understanding product financial performance (revenue, margin, cost-to-serve)., influence and leadership skills, with the ability to align teams to a shared vision and drive execution through ambiguity., Comfort working in a regulated environment and partnering with risk/compliance to ensure solutions (including AI/automation) include appropriate controls, explainability, and governance., Experience synthesizing qualitative and quantitative inputs into strategy artifacts and executive-ready decision materials., Experience leading go-to-market planning and launch readiness (positioning, enablement, and adoption), including pricing/packaging inputs., Polished communication skills and executive comfortable presenting decision materials, demos, and updates to varied audiences., General business skills, financial planning discipline, long-term vision, and stakeholder management.
Nice to Have
Knowledge of banking industry concepts and associated experience with core banking solutions and loan operations is desired, experience with IBS a plus
What You'll Do.
Own product lifecycle management (vision

Lead market definition

Establish continuous learning practices (industry signals

Create and maintain strategy artifacts (journey maps
pillars/themes) that inform planning and roadmap discussions.
Develop business cases to justify investments
Lead go-to-market planning and execution in partnership with sales and marketing (launch readiness
Own prioritization and roadmap translate strategy into well-defined initiatives
and features with clear success metrics.
Partner with UX and technology to design user-centered experiences and ensure the backlog is actionable
and ready for delivery.
Recommend and evaluate potential third-party partnerships and ecosystem relationships that strengthen the product offering.
Act as an internal and external voice for the product
aligning stakeholders on the roadmap
Define product OKRs and track performance (adoption
and profitability) to drive continuous improvement.
Drive a decision-making operating rhythm by delivering monthly strategic briefs
supporting quarterly leadership updates
and maintaining a repository of strategy and research artifacts.
Partner with related teams to align on one coordinated AI direction for IBS (priorities
and timelines) and ensure appropriate governance with risk/compliance and human oversight.
Collaborate with product owners
and architects to set expectations
and deliver cohesive releases.
