Define clear value hypotheses, success metrics, and KPIs for MADTech initiatives; Translate strategic objectives into measurable portfolio outcomes (e.g., revenue, margin, engagement, cost-efficiency, risk reduction); Maintain a live view of expected vs. realized value across the portfolio; Support definition and tracking of portfolio-level OKRs/KPIs that tie MADTech bets to broader New Business / GCash objectives

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5–7+ years of relevant experience in portfolio / program performance management, strategy execution, analytics, finance, or transformation roles, Demonstrated experience defining KPIs, building performance dashboards, and telling clear, executive-ready value stories from complex data, analytical and problem-solving skills, including comfort with data interpretation and basic financial modeling (e.g., revenue, margin, payback, NPV), High proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace) and program / portfolio management tools (e.g., Smartsheet or equivalent)
Nice to Have
postgraduate studies in analytics, finance, or strategy is an advantage, ideally in tech, telco, fintech, or digital environments
What You'll Do.
Define clear value hypotheses
and KPIs for MADTech initiatives at intake/approval
Translate strategic objectives into measurable portfolio outcomes
Maintain a live view of expected vs. realized value across the portfolio
Identify underperforming bets and value leakage and recommend actions
Build and maintain portfolio-level performance dashboards
Produce executive-ready performance narratives and packs
Segment performance by pillar
Standardize performance reporting templates and definitions
Provide structured inputs into portfolio governance forums
trusted source of truth for portfolio performance
Support definition and tracking of portfolio-level OKRs/KPIs
Partner with Analytics and Data & Decision Science to design performance measurement frameworks and data pipelines
Define data requirements and quality standards for initiative owners
Co-own the configuration of portfolio and program management tools
Run periodic data quality checks and coach initiative teams on improving their inputs
Work closely with Product
and Finance partners to align on value definitions
and benefit tracking plans
Facilitate working sessions and reviews with initiative owners to interpret performance trends
and agree on corrective actions
Support change management around new performance frameworks and tools
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner with product, finance, and analytics; Partner with Portfolio & Governance and Programs & Transformation leads; Partner with Analytics and Data & Decision Science; Co-own, with Portfolio & Governance and Programs & Transformation, the configuration of portfolio and program management tools; Work closely with Product, Business Development, Operations, and Finance partners; Facilitate working sessions and reviews with initiative owners; Support change management around new performance frameworks and tools (training, comms, feedback loops); Work with a dynamic and highly collaborative team

Produce executive-ready performance narratives and packs; Role-model disciplined, transparent communication; Simplifying complex performance stories into clear messages for leadership and non-technical stakeholders; Communication excellence; Simplifies produces crisp, executive-ready materials and facilitates productive discussions in governance forums
