About the Role: The Strategic Planner supports the development and execution of strategic initiatives across client brands. This role partners closely with Account Services, Creative, and senior strategy team members to elevate the quality of agency thinking, communications, and creative output. The Strategic Planner leverages research, industry knowledge, and analytical thinking to uncover insights, identify opportunities, and contribute strategic recommendations that help position clients, brands, and campaigns for success. This role is ideal for a curious, collaborative thinker who enjoys turning information into actionable recommendations and helping shape meaningful customer experiences. What You’ll Do Identify, gather, and analyze information from a variety of sources to understand customer behaviour, market dynamics, and emerging trends. Support the development of go-to-market plans for a portfolio of brands across the Canadian market. Contribute to strategic planning initiatives, including brand planning, campaign development, audience segmentation, and positioning exercises. Participate in strategic workshops
